To power our projects, we offer Private Investors the opportunity to Invest with us, and make some handsome returns along the way! All of our Private Investment agreements are legally drawn for your piece of mind, and your legal costs to have the agreements reviewed by your own lawyer or solicitor are covered by us.
From start to finish during the project, you will gain access to a private Facebook page for the project where updates are posted, the opportunity to learn about development process through project 'shadowing' along the way, and you will of course also be provided with a direct contact number with the owner of 1901 Developments so you can call us anytime.
How does it work?
It's no secret that building property can be an expensive affair at the best of times and its no different for us. When we find a suitable site to develop, a certain amount of capital is always needed to get the wheels of our projects turning and that’s where you can help!
