Current Projects

01 - Completed

Park Street, Spring Hill QLD

Our Park Street, Spring Hill project involved the restoration and enhancement of two pre-war Queenslander homes, which were originally constructed in the early 1900s, as well as the development of a vacant third block.

While the two existing homes exhibit some wear and tear, they remained structurally sound and retained their charming character.

 

Our renovation plan included raising the houses to a legal height, creating additional living space below, including bedrooms and single-car garages for each house. The interiors were updated with modern kitchens and brand new bathrooms, complemented by the installation of new corrugated roofing to preserve their classic appearance.

Given the intricate nature of this project, our team prioritized the comprehensive renovation of the two Queenslanders, bringing them to completion and ready for sale.

 

Following this, we will embarked on the construction of a new, architecturally designed five-bedroom house on the third vacant block.

All properties have since been sold and we trust that the new owners love their new home situated close to the heart of Brisbane City and surrounding amenity!

 

 

02 - Completed

Enclave Hamilton, QLD

Enclave Hamilton was our most recent acquisition! 

Located on Nudgee Road in Hamilton, this ambitious project aimed to convert two existing properties into six new units. Situated close to Doomben and Eagle Farm racecourses, Portside Wharf, Brisbane's domestic and international airports, as well as numerous restaurants, eateries, coffee shops, and more, the location was simply unbeatable.

At the commencement of construction, the site comprised two pre-World War II properties, which had been built in the early 1930s. These homes, constructed from solid Australian hardwood, were found to be in remarkably good condition for their age.

 

The houses were elevated and meticulously renovated, resulting in four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom residences with spacious living areas downstairs. Each home now features an outdoor alfresco living area on the lower level and balconies attached to two of the upstairs bedrooms. These fully renovated homes proudly stand at the front of the site.

Complementing the houses are four architecturally designed bespoke townhouses. Each of these townhouses boasts three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, large downstairs living areas, an outdoor courtyard, and a single lock-up garage.

All homes were outfitted with ducted air-conditioning, digital light switches, and high-end appliances!

 

New owners moved in to their brand new homes in early-mid 2024!​

03 - In progress

Kent St, Hamilton QLD

Secured in December 2024, this 1620 sqm parcel of Low-Medium Density Residential (LMR2/3) zoned land features 40 meters of north-facing frontage, located just 100 meters from Racecourse Road in one of Brisbane’s most prestigious suburbs.

 

With proximity to Brisbane CBD, Riverside Walkway, City Cats, DFO, and airports, this prime site offers unmatched development potential.

This project involves the demolition of the existing structures to construct eight luxury townhouses (Subject to Council Approval) designed for high-end downsizers.

 

Key features will include:
